CHEMISTRY

Unit 5 

During this unit of our science class (unit 5) we took the chemistry portion of our second semester. More specifically we learned about: the construction of atoms, chemical reactions, balancing chemical equations, etc.. We got to create our own chemical reactions by combining chemicals such as the basic baking soda and vinegar. We learned about important people who discovered different parts of the atom. We made different chemicals by combining differn't atoms via "google draw." We did some experiments with different chemicals and observed the chemical reactions. We changed the state of mater in one of out labs. And finally we balanced chemical equations. This unit was a fantastic unit and we had a lot of fun.
